To our "group of PSIM students" - you are invited to come along to The Castle next Thursday 31 January for a buffet lunch and to witness three presentations by some of HCC's key officers. The subjects are entirely relevant to the course and will add to your knowledge about the procedures in place in a huge authority. The agenda is attached (but please let my colleague, Ian Watwood know if you can't print it and he will send you a paper copy).

This will feel like a real treat, I'm sure, following two Thursday afternoons of exams!

Please come to the Information Centre in Mottisfont court for 1.30pm where Peggy will meet you. You can then go together to the Emergency Planning Centre.

I am sorry we cannot arrange free parking for you on that day.

I am also sorry I can't be present - I will be walking in Scotland as long as temperatures are bearable - but hope to see you all soon.

Mike: Please extend the invitation to Paul Haslam.

Val, Ian and Jane: you are very welcome to join the group at 1.30pm for lunch if you can spare the time.
